  • In Needham, Youth and Family Services and the Needham Community Council are hosting “Parenting During A Crisis” a virtual evening with Dr. David Brooks. This event will take place on March 9, 2021 at 7:00 PM via Zoom. To register for the event, click here.
  • In Dover, the Board of Health issued a COVID-19 Update on Friday, February 26, 2021. This update includes information on cases in Dover and in Massachusetts. To read the update, click here.
  • In Medfield, a floral display will be unveiled today in front of Medfield Town Hall for the first unofficial National Day of Mourning for COVID-19 tragedies. Medfield TV will be broadcasting live at 6:00 PM through Facebook Live, Medfield TV Watch Page, and Public Channel Verizon 47 or Comcast 8.

Statewide Updates
  • Today, Massachusetts advanced to Phase 3, Step 2 of the state’s reopening plan. Under this phase indoor performance venues and indoor recreational activities will be able to reopen at 50% capacity. In addition, capacity limits across all sectors will increase to 50% and restaurants will no longer have a percent capacity limit. To learn more, click here.
  • The Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety is offering a free 6-week support group for nurses working with COVID-19 patients in any health care setting in Massachusetts. This support group will begin meeting weekly on March 10 from 8:00 PM to 9:15 PM and registration is required. Click here to register.
Reopening Updates – Phase 3: Vigilant
  • Massachusetts is currently in Phase 3, Step 2 of the Massachusetts Reopening plan.
