I wanted to share with you that the state has launched The Massachusetts Vaccine Scheduling Resource Line for individuals 75 year of age or older who are unable to or have difficulty with accessing the internet. Individuals calling the line will be able to speak to a representative live on the phone to assist them with scheduling an appointment through the state’s online system.
To use the line, call 2-1-1 and follow the prompts to the Massachusetts Vaccine Schedule Resource Line. The line is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Local Updates
- In Needham, the Charles River YMCA is reopening its building at 380 Chestnut Street with a modified schedule starting today. This location was temporarily closed last month and operations were consolidated to the Great Plain Ave location.
- In Dover, the Caryl Community Center Building Committee will be holding a public forum on Wednesday, February 10 at 7:00 PM via Zoom. The committee is seeking input and feedback on which designs to progress to the schematic design stage.For more information, click here.
- In Medfield, the Town and the Board of Health publish a weekly COVID-19 data dashboard. This dashboard includes information on surrounding communities, total cases and tests, and the positivity rate for the Town. To view the dashboard, click here.

Statewide Updates
- Last Friday, the Massachusetts Vaccine Resource Line launched for residents over the age of 75 who are unable to or have difficulty with accessing the internet. To use the line, call 2-1-1 and follow the prompts to the Massachusetts Vaccine Schedule Resource Line. The line is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Today, the 25% capacity limit on businesses in Massachusetts was increased to 40%. This includes restaurants, close contact personal services, recreational businesses, driving and flight schools, gyms, libraries, museums, retail, offices, places of worship, lodging, golf, and movie theaters. Reopening Updates – Phase 3: Vigilant
- Massachusetts is currently in Step 1 in Phase 3 of Massachusetts Reopening. This will reduce capacity for many sectors and tighten workplace restrictions. Additionally, restaurants, gyms, and offices have additional guidelines to follow. To learn more, click here.
- If you have questions, input, or comments regarding the Reopening Massachusetts plan, you can submit comments online. These comments can be used by the Administration to support efforts to methodically reopen the economy amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here for the form.
